AumAbsFitnessStudios aims to provide the widest range of hot yoga and functional fitness classes in their timetable to ensure that even the most fittest person can benefit from our studio. We have over 40 functional fitness classes per week ranging from Hot Yoga, Suspension training, HIIT Circuit, Zumba, Yogatherapy and much more. We believe in a holistic approach to weight loss and body confidence, hence we offer a “multi-dimensional” training schedule which allows both the mind and body to be harmonized whilst benefiting from all the other aspects affecting physical fitness.
