Our Personal Training Service offers an effective and informative way to achieving your goals. We have a wide selection of male and female instructors and all are qualified and insured in their field of expertise from areas of sport specific training to rehabilitation and lifestyle management. We have two options for this tailored bespoke service.As a higher roller,you may want to indulge yourself in an exclusive one-to-one personal training session, or alternatively for those economizing on a budget, you may like to share the cost with a few special training partners in our very successful small private group (3-6 people) training sessions.
