Agi Draper

Agi is YogaCampus trained instructor and is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher.Her style of yoga is Hatha based taught in a vinyasa flow, focusing on breath and movement connection. She believes that yoga is truly for everyone, regardless of their fitness levels, body shapes and state of mind. She tailors her class to her students fitness and energy levels, so everyone is truly welcome.

Clinton Kt Chan

Clinton has been teaching professionally since 1998 and has further continued his knowledge of the anatomy at the University of Glamorgan and University of Surrey.He is considered as a “Master Body Worker and Trainer” and holds professional qualifications in TCM Acupuncture, Holistic Massage, Yoga and various disciplines of fitness training. He is also a recognized “Skills Active” qualified government training Tutor and Assessor. His classes focuses mainly on developing core strength whilst enhancing functional fitness and flexibility.As a “Body Worker” he addresses the several states of personal/physical being by using both physical methods, such a corrective postural alignment, to the profound energetical methods of deep muscle meridian release. He currently holds regular “bodywork” and “yoga” workshops and is available for 1-2-1 sessions.His track record is backed with many satisfied and happy students from beginners to advanced.He has always proven to be a popular trainer and to be one of the most dynamic and motivational teachers in the industry.

Francesca Destefanis

Francesca is trained as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, 200 hours. Her teaching style focuses on delivering a restorative and mindful practice that increases concentration and releases physical stress. Her dynamic Vinyasa Flow teaching focuses on the awareness of the breath while developing alignment, strength, and vitality. Her main focus while teaching is to guide her students through the flow of asanas with the correct alignments and practising active breathing. This technique provides maximum benefits to her Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes. Namaste.”

Ruta Karanauskaite

Ruta has currently been focusing on teaching a form of vinyasa yoga based on a circular  rhythmic method combining elements of yoga, contemporary dance and martial arts. The focus of her teaching is based on making yoga accessible to everyone and exploring most efficient ways of safely opening and strengthening the body with the emphasis on breath, alignment with a slow mindful movement. To keep creative in her classes, she has attended many workshops with Yoga Legends like Shiva Rea, David Swenson and Kino MacGregor. As fully qualified Thai massage therapist, Ruta enjoys adding elements of Thai yoga massage to all her classes.

Teodora Ivanova is a positive Zumba Instructor hoping to positively channel her energies and experience in order to inspire and motivate individuals to initiate and continuously maintain healthy life style though movement and expression.

Paola Lopez

Paula is a Zumba qualified instructor with much passion and flair.Being brought up in Spain she has been both competing and teaching flamenco for the last 7 years and whilst in the UK she has been teaching salsa and bachata. Her classes are definitely fun and full of zest and her great choreography moves will definitely put a smile to your workouts!

Davy Vallecer

Davy brings her passion and flair to Aum Abs with her enthusiastic approach to dance and fitness. She shows great patience and teaching skills.Davy has been teaching Zumba since January 2011. She is also licensed to teach Zumba Toning, Zumba in the Circuit, Zumba Kids Junior and Zumba Kids. Wherever you come from, whoever you are, every shape, every size, every age, you can dance!
