Unlike the” Bikram Hot Yoga” system which is restricted to only 26 Hatha Postures, each hot yoga class at AumAbsFitnessStudios, will consist of variety of vinyasa routines consisting of various classical Hatha Yoga poses to exhilarate your personal expression and physical potential. Our specially designed ” Multi Functional” hot yoga studio allows us to create an ambient environment of up to 37 degrees Celsius whilst maintaining a constant humidity of between 50-54%. A fresh air flow is also maintained through out the studio during practice whilst keeping a constant desired temperature throughout the class.
Our hot yoga studio is also equipped with a special light/sound and scent system to help amplify your experience in each class.Each 55 min Hot Yoga class is guaranteed to be fun and and challenging.These heated classes are highly effective for achieving fitness and flexibility and for weight loss.The heat allows the body to practice in a more relaxed state and any additional heat created during practice helps the body to eliminate toxins more efficiently.Classes take place in our multi functional studio which benefits from a state of the art “Infra Red” heating and “Heat Exchange” technology.
