**New June Time Table**

“Variety is the Spice of Life” For our New June Timetable, we are now offering a comprehensive and dynamic 15 minute body toning system consisting of Core Blast,Lower Body Blast and Upper Body Blast through out the week during the lunch period. These classes are short and intense and suitable for those on a tight time schedule. We are also offering women’s only classes and have introduced a Meditation and Relaxation class every Friday to help unwind your week!
